Terms of Use
Simple terms for using the Into Me See Couples Retreat 2026 app.
1. Purpose of the app
This app is provided by House on the Rock London for the New Wine Couples Ministry's 2026 Couples Retreat. It is designed to provide retreat information, programme updates, planning resources, exercises, private and couple-shared reflections, feedback and support features.
2. Accounts and access
Restricted attendee features are for registered retreat attendees and authorised ministry team members. Please use your own sign-in details, keep access links and account credentials secure, and do not attempt to access another person's or couple's private retreat space.
3. Private and shared content
The app clearly distinguishes private reflections from content you choose to share with your spouse. Please review the visibility shown before sharing. Do not upload or enter confidential information about another person unless you have a legitimate reason and appropriate permission to do so.
4. Support and safeguarding
Retreat support features are not an emergency or crisis service. If someone is in immediate danger or needs urgent medical, police or emergency assistance, contact the appropriate emergency services. Support requests may be accessed by authorised ministry leaders and confidentiality may be limited where safeguarding, legal or serious safety concerns require action.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the app to impersonate another person, harass or abuse others, upload unlawful or harmful material, interfere with the service, bypass security controls, probe for unauthorised access or use the app in a way that could harm House on the Rock London, retreat attendees or third parties.
6. Retreat materials
Workshop materials, retreat resources, branding and ministry content remain the property of House on the Rock London or their respective rights holders. They are provided for personal retreat participation unless wider use or redistribution is expressly permitted. Your own notes and reflections remain your content, subject to the sharing choices you make in the app.
7. Programme changes and availability
Retreat timings, activities and app content may change as arrangements are finalised. The app may also be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, connectivity or technical reasons. Where there is a conflict, direct communications from the Couples Ministry team take priority over older information saved or displayed in the app.
8. Notifications
Push notifications are optional and are intended for useful retreat updates such as important announcements, programme changes, workshop openings and support alerts. You control notification permission at device level and can change notification preferences in the app. A notification may be delayed or not delivered because of device, browser, network or operating-system settings, so urgent support should not rely on push notifications alone.
9. Privacy
Use of personal information is explained in the app's Privacy & Data summary and House on the Rock London's official Data Protection and Privacy Policy. You can read the official policy at hotr.org.uk/data-protection.
10. Contact
For retreat enquiries, contact House on the Rock London at admin@hotr.org.uk or +44 (0)20 7700 7004. For data-protection enquiries, email gdpr@hotr.org.uk.
